However, we understand that sometimes a garment may not meet your expectations or fit quite as envisioned. To ensure a risk-free shopping experience, we have established a comprehensive return and refund framework that balances operational efficiency with customer-centric flexibility.

This policy is designed to provide clear, actionable steps for returns, ensuring that every transaction ends in satisfaction, whether through a perfect fit or a timely refund.

03. Eligibility Criteria

To maintain the quality and hygiene standards of our apparel, returned items must fulfill the following professional criteria:

  • Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any odors (perfume, smoke, etc.) or stains (makeup, deodorant).
  • Packaging & Tags: All original brand tags and protective packaging must be intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Clearance items, intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons), and personalized garments are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

04. The Refund Processing Cycle

Transparency regarding financial transactions is paramount. Once your returned parcel arrives at our Tallahassee hub, it enters a structured **6-Business Day** refund cycle:

  1. Quality Inspection (Days 1-2): Our quality control team verifies the item's condition against our eligibility criteria.
  2. Approval & Notification (Day 3): You will receive an automated email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. Financial Execution (Days 4-6): Once approved, our accounting department initiates the credit to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc.).

Note: While we execute the refund within 6 business days, your banking institution may require additional time to post the transaction to your statement.

05. How to Initiate a Return

To begin your return, please follow these standardized steps:

1. Email support@girlstyle.design with your Order Number and a brief reason for the return.
2. If the item is defective, please attach clear photographic evidence to expedite the approval.
3. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization and the designated shipping address for our Florida facility.
4. Securely pack the item and utilize a trackable shipping service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx recommended).

06. Logistics & Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item, except in cases where the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service, as Girlstyle cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item and is not liable for parcels lost in transit during the return journey.
