01. Speed & Precision Commitment
At Girlstyle (https://girlstyle.design/), our logistics operations are engineered for speed. We understand that once you select your fashion pieces, you want them delivered as quickly as possible. To meet our **1-day handling time** commitment, our fulfillment center in Tallahassee begins processing orders almost immediately after they are placed.
Because of this rapid workflow, there is a very limited window of time during which we can intervene to cancel or modify an order. This policy outlines the specific requirements and timeframes necessary to manage such requests effectively.
02. Modification Windows
The possibility of changing or cancelling your order depends entirely on the "Cut-off Time" and the current status of the order in our warehouse system:

03. How to Cancel Your Order
If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, you must email support@girlstyle.design immediately. To be successful, the cancellation request must be received and acknowledged by our team before the 5:00 PM EST daily cut-off.
Financial Impact: If the cancellation is approved before processing, a full refund including shipping costs will be issued to your original payment method within our standard 6-day refund window. However, once the order has entered the packaging phase, we can no longer stop the shipment, and you will need to follow our standard Return Policy after the package arrives.
04. Modifying Order Information
Errors in shipping addresses or contact details can cause significant delays. If you notice an error in your confirmation email, please follow these steps:
- Urgent Correction: Email us with the subject line "URGENT ADDRESS CHANGE - [Order Number]".
- Verification: Provide the correct address in full to avoid further discrepancies.
- Limitations: We cannot change a shipping address once a tracking number has been generated by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. In such cases, the customer may need to contact the carrier directly to request a redirect (if the carrier allows).
05. Item & Size Substitutions
Due to the complexity of our inventory management, we are generally unable to swap items or sizes once an order is confirmed. If you accidentally ordered the wrong size or color, the most efficient path is to request a cancellation (if before the cut-off) and place a new order for the correct item. If the order has already processed, you may utilize our 30-day Return Policy to exchange the item later.
06. Professional Discretion
Girlstyle reserves the right to deny cancellation requests that are submitted after the designated cut-off times. While we strive to be as flexible as possible, the integrity of our logistics network depends on adhering to these schedules. We appreciate your understanding and encourage all customers to review their cart and shipping details thoroughly before finalizing their purchase.
