4. Verification: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
5. Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

04. Counter-Notification & Restoration

Girlstyle provides a balanced approach to intellectual property disputes. If your content has been removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was done in error or through misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification. This document must include your identification, a statement of belief regarding the error, and consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Tallahassee, Florida, if you reside outside the United States).

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we will provide the original complaining party with a copy of the notice. The DMCA allows us to restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking an order to restrain the activity.
