At Girlstyle (https://girlstyle.design/), we believe that fashion is an expression of confidence. However, we recognize that occasional discrepancies between expectation and reality may occur. To support our community, we offer a comprehensive 30-day return window.
This 30-day period begins the moment our logistics partners (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) confirm the delivery of your package to the address provided. This generous window is designed to give you ample time to inspect your garments for fit, quality, and aesthetic satisfaction within the comfort of your home.
02. Return Eligibility Standards
To maintain the hygiene and high-fidelity quality of our inventory for all customers, we enforce strict eligibility criteria. Every item returned to our Tallahassee hub undergoes a manual inspection based on the following metrics:

03. The Formal Return Procedure
To ensure your return is processed without delay, we require adherence to our standardized operational workflow:
- Step 1: Authorization: Contact our support portal via support@girlstyle.design. You must include your Order Number (e.g., #GS-1234) and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- Step 2: Review: Our administrative team will review your request within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday). Once approved, we will provide you with the correct return warehouse address in Florida.
- Step 3: Logistics: Securely package the item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Girlstyle cannot be held responsible for items lost during the return transit.
- Step 4: Receipt & Inspection: Upon arrival at our Tallahassee facility, our quality control team will inspect the item within 48 hours to ensure it meets our Eligibility Standards.
04. Financial Responsibility for Returns
For standard returns (sizing issues, change of mind, personal preference), the customer is responsible for all return shipping expenditures. Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase (Standard $6.99) are considered a consumed service and are non-refundable.
In the specific instance of Damaged or Incorrect Items, Girlstyle will assume full financial responsibility for the return logistics. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to qualify for a prepaid return label.
05. Strategic Exclusions
To maintain the integrity of our brand, certain items are exempt from being returned. This includes items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase, intimate apparel for hygiene reasons, and gift cards. Please review product descriptions carefully before finalizing your transaction.
06. Moving to Refund
An approved inspection is the mandatory precursor to a refund. Once our team validates the condition of the return, your case will be transferred to our financial department for the Refund Phase. You will receive an automated confirmation email once this transition occurs.
