01. Understanding Your Order Status

At Girlstyle (https://girlstyle.design/), we utilize a transparent tracking system to ensure you are informed at every milestone of the fulfillment journey. Once your payment is verified, your order transitions through three primary internal stages before reaching the carrier network:

Processing The order is being picked, quality-checked, and packaged.
Shipped The parcel has been handed over to USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Delivered Final confirmation at the destination coordinates.

02. Direct Carrier Access

While our internal tracker provides consolidated data, you can also monitor your shipment directly through our partner carriers for granular updates including GPS delivery coordinates and estimated arrival windows:

  • USPS Tracking: Optimized for residential deliveries across the United States.
  • UPS My Choice: Provides advanced rerouting options and exact delivery windows.
  • FedEx Insight: Ideal for high-priority shipments requiring signature confirmation.

03. Logistics Troubleshooting

Why is my tracking number not updating?
Tracking numbers are generated at the beginning of the "Handling" phase. However, carriers typically require 12 to 24 hours to scan the parcel into their regional hub. If your number does not show activity within 48 hours, please reach out to our Tallahassee support team.

My order is marked as "Delivered" but I cannot find it.
In some cases, carriers may scan a package as delivered 24 hours before actual arrival. Please check with household members, neighbors, or your local leasing office. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact support@girlstyle.design for assistance in filing a carrier claim.

04. Standard Logistics Windows

As a reminder of our Shipping Policy, all orders are subject to a 1-business-day handling period. The subsequent transit time varies between 2 to 6 business days. Our operations center in Tallahassee, Florida, operates from Monday through Saturday, ensuring that the 5:00 PM EST cut-off time is strictly met for rapid dispatch.
